Each player is permitted exactly one aeowin account. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or by error — will be closed, and any balances or bonuses associated with secondary accounts will be forfeited. Account sharing or transfer is not permitted under any circumstances.

IMPORTANT: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and aeowin ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By registering an account, accessing the aeowin platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the aeowin platform.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.1 By creating an account on aeowin, accessing any part of the platform, or placing a wager, you are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms unconditionally.
2.2 These Terms apply to all visitors, registered Players, and any other person accessing or using the aeowin platform in any capacity.
2.3 aeowin reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.
2.4 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable Philippine law, such provision shall be severed from these Terms without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
3.1 To register and maintain an account on aeowin, you must:
3.2 aeowin reserves the right to conduct eligibility checks at any time. Providing false information regarding your age, identity, or location is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.
21+ Rule is Absolute: Underage gambling is illegal in the Philippines and strictly prohibited on aeowin. All players must verify their age before their first withdrawal. Accounts found to have been registered by persons under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds returned to the source payment method after mandatory verification.
4.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one aeowin account. Creating multiple accounts — whether to obtain multiple bonuses, circumvent a suspension, or for any other purpose — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances may be forfeited.
4.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide complete, accurate, and current information when registering your account and to update such information promptly if it changes. aeowin is not liable for losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain accurate account information.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your aeowin account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must notify aeowin support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. aeowin is not liable for losses resulting from a Player's failure to maintain account security.
4.4 No Account Transfer. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your aeowin account, account balance, or any rights therein to any third party.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. aeowin reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of up to ₱100 per month to dormant accounts, after providing written notice to the registered email address. Real-money balances in dormant accounts are not forfeited and remain the property of the Player subject to verification procedures.
5.1 In accordance with PAGCOR requirements and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, aeowin is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals and in certain other circumstances.
5.2 Players will be required to submit one or more of the following government-issued Philippine identification documents:

5.4 aeowin targets completion of standard KYC verification within 30 minutes during business hours. Enhanced due diligence procedures may take longer and aeowin will communicate expected timelines to affected Players.
5.5 aeowin reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict account functionality pending completion of KYC verification. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following request may result in account closure.
aeowin accepts deposits via the following channels in Philippine Peso (PHP): GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT cryptocurrency. Minimum deposit is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method.
Deposits are generally credited to your aeowin balance within minutes for e-wallet methods and within 30 minutes for bank transfer methods. aeowin is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or your bank.
Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible (AML compliance requirement). aeowin targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within 5 minutes for GCash and Maya, and within 30 minutes–2 hours for bank transfers during business hours.
aeowin reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds, consistent with PAGCOR AML obligations. Players may only withdraw funds to accounts or payment methods registered in their own name.
All transactions on aeowin are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). aeowin does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Third-party payment providers may apply their own fees, for which aeowin bears no responsibility. Cryptocurrency transactions are subject to network fees which are the Player's responsibility.
aeowin does not accept deposits from third parties. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the same name as your aeowin account, consistent with AML compliance requirements.
7.1 aeowin offers various promotional incentives to new and existing Players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and referral rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any derived winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement multiplier (e.g., 20× the bonus amount) will be communicated for each promotion. Real-money funds are not subject to wagering requirements.
7.3 Game Contributions. Different game types contribute differently toward fulfilling wagering requirements. Typically: slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%–20%, sports betting single bets contribute 100%, and system bets contribute a reduced percentage. Specific contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's terms.
7.4 aeowin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. aeowin also reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if it determines that a bonus has been claimed fraudulently, in breach of these Terms, or through bonus abuse.
7.5 Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated. Players who opt out of receiving promotions may do so via their account settings or by contacting support.
8.1 All games available on the aeowin platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game, which are accessible within each game interface. In all cases, the rules displayed within the game interface shall be the definitive version.
8.2 aeowin uses certified random number generators (RNGs) for all virtual games and live game streams sourced from licensed providers including Evolution Gaming, JILI Games, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, and other PAGCOR-approved game suppliers.
8.3 In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, aeowin's system logs will determine the outcome. aeowin will not honor bets that were placed or processed during a confirmed system error. Affected Players will be notified and refunded the bet amount.
8.4 aeowin's decisions on game outcomes and related matters are final, subject to the Player's right to raise a formal dispute through the process described in these Terms.
8.5 Maximum Win Limits. Individual games may be subject to maximum win limits per session or per bet. These limits are communicated within the relevant game interface and apply regardless of the mathematical outcome of a wager.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the aeowin platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
9.2 aeowin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, to withhold any balance or winnings pending investigation, and to report suspicious activity to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.
10.1 All content on the aeowin platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and database structures — is the property of aeowin or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
10.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the aeowin platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the platform.
10.3 aeowin's name, logo, and related marks are registered or unregistered trademarks. Unauthorized use of any aeowin trademark is strictly prohibited.
11.1 aeowin collects, processes, and stores Player personal data in accordance with the Philippines' Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and PAGCOR's data handling requirements. 11.2 By registering an account, you consent to aeowin processing your personal data for the purposes of: account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, PAGCOR regulatory compliance, customer support, and (subject to your marketing preferences) promotional communications.
11.3 aeowin implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure, and aeowin cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted to or from the platform.
12.1 aeowin is committed to providing a safe gambling environment and takes its responsible gaming obligations under PAGCOR regulations seriously. The following player protection tools are available to all registered Players at no cost:

13.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, aeowin's total liability to any Player for any cause whatsoever — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the amount of the real-money balance held in the Player's account at the time the claim arises.

14.1 aeowin may suspend or terminate your account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, inability to complete KYC verification, regulatory direction from PAGCOR, or commercial decision.
14.2 Upon termination for cause, aeowin may withhold any balance pending investigation. Upon termination without cause, aeowin will return any verified real-money balance to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable period.
14.3 Players may request account closure at any time by contacting aeowin support. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Pending withdrawal requests will be honored subject to KYC completion.
14.4 Players who wish to dispute account actions may raise a formal complaint via the aeowin dispute resolution process by contacting support. If a complaint is not resolved satisfactorily at the first instance, Players may escalate to PAGCOR through official regulatory channels.
15.1 aeowin reserves the right to amend, revise, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, aeowin will provide at least 14 days' prior notice by email to your registered address or by prominent notice on the platform.
15.2 Minor amendments (including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not materially alter Player rights, or updates required by PAGCOR regulatory guidance) may take effect immediately upon posting.
15.3 Your continued use of the aeowin platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure.
16.1 These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them — including disputes relating to their existence, validity, interpretation, or performance — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
16.2 Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines, specifically the Regional Trial Court having jurisdiction over the registered address of aeowin's operating entity.
16.3 Players are encouraged to raise disputes directly with aeowin's customer support team in the first instance. aeowin is committed to resolving complaints fairly and promptly. Where a Player remains unsatisfied following internal resolution efforts, disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR in its capacity as the licensing and regulatory authority.
