12.3 aeowin will respond to verified requests within the timelines prescribed by RA 10173 and applicable NPC issuances — generally within 15 business days for access requests, and within a reasonable period for correction and deletion requests taking into account legal retention obligations.
12.4 There is no charge for processing a privacy rights request unless the request is manifestly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive, in which case aeowin may charge a reasonable administrative fee consistent with NPC guidance or decline to process the request.
Certain data categories — including KYC records, AML transaction records, and PAGCOR-mandated gaming logs — cannot be deleted before the expiry of their mandatory legal retention periods, even upon a valid erasure request. aeowin will inform you of this limitation when applicable.

14.1 aeowin may send promotional communications — including bonus offers, new game announcements, and tournament invitations — via SMS to your registered Philippine mobile number and/or to your registered email address, subject to your marketing preferences.
